The Handspring Treo 650 - Smart Phones

The Treo 650 offers the capabilities of a 21st century mobile, as well as those of a PDA and a digital camera. The 650 will have a 0.3MP digital camera, bluetooth, higher resolution screen, backlight keyboard and voice recording. The process will be a speedy 312MHz with 32MB of RAM, and of course an SD memory slot for expandable storage.

HTML compatibility makes surfing the internet a pleasure and mobile email means you can work (or catch up with your friends) on the move. With its integrated camera and Photo Messaging from Orange, you can even instantly send photos to really illustrate your point.
