Through to the end of October 2007, Vodafone are offering on selected 18 month tariffs "Stop The Clock" which allows customers to talk for up to 1Hr and only pay for the first 3 minutes, and applies to all standard calls (UK landlines with geographic STD code, Vodafone mobiles, other mobiles) made within the UK that commence during the evening and weekend periods.
