is 100% secure and uses "SSL" the internet standard encryption software. So therefore your card details are
totally secure. Your details are required to confirm your identity and make sure that someone is not impersonating you to obtain a mobile phone.
The other requirement is for
payment of the phone should such payment be required. If you would prefer to give your details to one of our representatives
then please call our sales team FREE on 0845 838 3544 after you have placed your secure order.
Alternatively if you prefer not
to give your credit card details to anyone then please fax two proof of identity
to us as per the details below.
1) Two proofs are required if the
delivery is to be anything other than the cardholders address or if you cannot supply credit card details,
one of identity and one of address. In order to
process your registration with the Network please fax copies of the
following documents to 01252 400511
Proof of Identity
- one of the following :- Signed driving license
(opened up fully), passport (the page with
your photograph and signature) or both sides of a current credit card.
Proof of address
- one of
the following :- Household bill or statement (less
than 3 months old) showing both your name and current address i.e. water,
gas, telephone, bank statement, credit card statement again complete copy required.
These can be faxed to us on 01252 400511. Once the correct proofs
are received we
will courier out your new phone to the delivery address.
2) All contracts are
for a minimum of 12 months from the date of connection and a deposit may
be required under certain circumstances. We will only charge your Credit Card for the goods you have ordered.
