To join
another Network and bring your existing mobile phone number you
will need to have completed a full 12 months with your existing
service provider, unless you are a PREPAY or VIRGIN customer.
Having done that you then need to
identify your new phone
and choose the tariff that best matches your calls. You will also
require a "PAC" code this is issued by your existing airtime
supplier, the details of the "PAC" code can be inserted when you complete your online order form or can be phoned
through a day or two later if you wish.

PROCEDURE
Once
you've finished shopping, go to the "Secure Checkout" and complete the online order form. Type your existing mobile number
and "PAC" code if you already have one in the Number
Port section and "SUBMIT" the form. (if
you have not got a PAC code yet that's fine complete the order
form select the option to number port detail your existing number
submit the form and phone us in a day or two with the PAC code)
That's it Direct will take care of everything for you from that
point onwards!!
